Dear Lee, MCSA invites you to the October meeting at Easthampton  Public Safety Complex Wednesday Oct. 15 at 10 AM PRESENTATIONS: The State 911 Department will be speaking on the NEXTGEN 911 System and implementation with Question and Answer time to follow. Dick Towle will present "Railroad Training for 911 Dispatchers".    You have a 911 call reporting they are stuck on the train tracks....what do you tell the caller?....who do you call?   A Business Meeting will also take place, all are invited to join members at Tavern on the Hill.  (cost not covered by MCSA) Please register below so that we can be sure to have enough seats.  Non-Members welcome to check out what MCSA has to offer.  Enjoy a beautiful drive across the state and meet your peers.
