Sad News - The Passing of Bob 'Red ' Button

MCSA is sad to announce the passing of Bob “Red” Button, one of the original founders and supporters of the Massachusetts Communications Supervisor Association. Bob was instrumental in developing training standards for the State 9-1-1 Dispatch Academy and donated many hours of unpaid time to teach new dispatchers in basic telecommunications and fire dispatching during the Academy’s early years.  Please see the attached link to his obituary notice:
