MCSA Scholarship Application for PSTC Leadership Training 12/3 Greetings! MCSA has created this survey /application for a scholarship to attend the MCSA PSTC Training on December 3, 2014 at The International in Bolton, MA.   This class is not only designed for leaders wanting to learn and grow, but also for the aspiring telecommunicator's wanting to improve ~ becoming a future leader. Recognizing not all agencies are willing or able to send their employees to this training MCSA has set aside several seats for scholarship recipients.   The award will cover the registration fee and include refreshments, lunch and snacks.   Transportation to and from the event is not provided.
