Students learn of the obvious failures that day to the more in-depth concepts such as leadership, hiring, training and encouraging employees in a communications center.

Denise Amber Lee Foundation Board of Director, Sherrill Ornberg, will join Nathan and Geoff to incorporate the Quality Assurance & Quality Improvement in the 911 Communications Center as a follow up to the MCSA QA/QI Symposium day.

Cost for the day including lunch is

only $100 per person

I can't make it
MCSA is thrilled to be able to offer this day as a follow up to our QA/QI Symposium.    Nathan Lee's ability to relate a personal tragedy and motivate us to always do our jobs at the highest level is an inspiration to those who take 9-1-1 calls and support the systems needed to operate 9-1-1.

Please contact MCSA President Lee Ann Delp for more information.

Sincerely,
