In the past we have discussed the need for the board members of MCSA to support dispatchers and be part of a Critical Stress group. This is a link of an upcoming class, I attended their training last May. A group like this provides support to all people involved in critical incidents. They need us to be part of their group and be there as peer support of dispatchers. Below is a link for an upcoming training.
